Terms of service

Google Tasks to Notion Sync · Last updated 27 August 2026

These terms govern your use of Google Tasks to Notion Sync ("the Service") at https://gcal-notion-sync.fleb.us, operated by the operator of https://gcal-notion-sync.fleb.us ("we"). Using the Service means you accept them. If you do not, do not connect your accounts.

What the Service does

It keeps a Notion database you choose and a Google Tasks list it creates in step with each other, according to the settings you configure. It writes to both sides: it creates, edits, completes and deletes Google tasks, and it edits the date and status properties of Notion pages in the database you select.

Your responsibilities

Back up your data

The Service deletes and modifies real tasks and real pages. It is careful — a task deleted in Google is restored from Notion rather than removed from it — but it is a synchronisation tool, and a misconfiguration or a defect can lose data. Keep your own backups. Notion's page history and Google's trash are your first line of recovery.

Availability

The Service is provided free of charge, with no uptime commitment and no support obligation. It depends on Google's and Notion's APIs, which can change, rate-limit or fail without notice. We may modify, suspend or discontinue it at any time. Where practical we will give notice before shutting it down for good.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, nor for any loss of data, profits, revenue or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service — including data lost or altered by a synchronisation. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Ending it

You can stop at any time with Disconnect on your dashboard, which deletes the data described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if operating the Service becomes impractical.

Changes

We may revise these terms; the date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the Service after a revision means you accept it.
